Harmonix säger upp 17 anställda

Rock Band- utvecklaren har sagt upp 17 anställda från sin verksamhet:

"Today we made the difficult decision to say goodbye to 17 talented people as we restructured to align with our current and anticipated development needs. These people all played a role in making Harmonix and its games what they are today and we are more than grateful for their contributions. We are working to ensure that they are taken care of as we make this change."

Harmonix släppte nyligen lös Rock Band VR till Oculus Rift samt planerar att ge ut Karaeoke spelet SingSpace under miten av året (även det till VR). Man samarbetar även med Hasbro i skapandet av DropMix, ett kortspel där man samlar kort för att sätta ihop olika former av sångkreationer.

Trots dessa projekt har man alltså tvingats att nu säga adjö till 17 medarbetare.
